Overview of Partnership to LLP Registration
Converting a partnership firm into a Limited Liability Partnership (LLP) is a strategic move that offers greater flexibility and legal protection. Unlike a traditional partnership, an LLP is a separate legal entity registered with the government, providing limited liability to its partners.
An LLP blends the operational freedom of a partnership with the legal benefits of a corporate structure. This makes it an ideal choice for growing businesses, as it safeguards partners’ interests while clearly defining their responsibilities.
Making the shift from Partnership to LLP is a smart step toward a more structured, secure, and scalable business model.
