FSSAI Registration & License Process

  • File Form A or Form B on the FOSCOS portal (or submit the same form offline to the Food Safety Department).

  • The department reviews the application within 7 days and may inspect the premises.
  • When all conditions are satisfied, an FSSAI registration certificate with your unique license number is issued.
