  • Fill in the details about the unit, employer, establishment, and employees

4. Payment for Registration

  • Submit Form-1 and pay the initial contribution online

5. Receive Registration Letter

  • Get the Registration Letter (C-11) via email, including your 17-digit Registration Number

Documents Required for ESI Registration

For ESI Registration, the required documents are:

  1. Business Registration Proof (Certificate of Incorporation or Partnership Deed).
  2. Business Address Proof (Rent agreement + Utility bill).
  3. PAN Card of the business.
  4. Employee Details (List of employees, Aadhaar, and Bank details).
  5. Bank Account Details (Cancelled cheque or bank statement).
  6. Director/Signatory PAN & Aadhaar.
  7. Form 1 (ESI Registration Form).

    Maintain a record of employee attendance as part of the mandatory ESI returns.

  4. Form 6 Register
